- Listening : If I know nothing about the topic in Section 4, does that mean it will be impossible for me to answer the questions ?
- No. You should be able to answer the questions as any topic specific words are usually explained.
- Speaking : In Part 2, do I have to use all of the one minute preparation time ?
- No. If you want to start straight away or before the one minute is finished, that is fine.
- Reading : Is it better to do multiple choice questions last ?
- This depends on each person. However, please note that there are many key words to look for in multiple choice questions, and so this can take more time for some people.
- Writing : Does using a lot of English phrases like 'every coin has two sides' help you get more marks ?
- No. Phrases like this are overused and may not fit naturally into your answer.
